Industrial Software
Dashboards, operator tools, and support utilities built for real plant workflows instead of generic SaaS assumptions.
Thirteen years building the software layer between the plant floor and the business, spanning CNC and robotic cell automation, machine vision commissioning, and full-stack development. Certified Cognex and Keyence integrator.
Dashboards, operator tools, and support utilities built for real plant workflows instead of generic SaaS assumptions.
Inspection logic, camera systems, controls integration, and troubleshooting across manufacturing and quality environments.
Requirements to shipped software: UI, APIs, deployment, validation, documentation, and field support handled end-to-end.
Quoting, CRM-style flows, AI-assisted admin work, and internal tools that reduce friction between sales, engineering, and delivery.
SQL, Postgres, and operational dashboards that turn plant-floor and product data into decisions instead of noise.
On-site rollout, validation, and support across pharma, automotive, and industrial environments. Software that survives the floor.
A customer-facing inspection platform for defect review, synced images, gated downloads, machine keys, and field-ready configuration.
Connected the web app, storage, and sync agent so uploaded inspection images, defect context, and deployment tooling all work together.
The software-focused layer behind inspection systems, operator tooling, and AVI-support products delivered alongside broader automation work.
Packages the software side of the work into tools and products that support end users deploying automated vision and inspection systems.
Ongoing client work across Cognex, Keyence, and supporting software for inspection, remediation, migration, and deployment planning.
Delivered systems and project frameworks spanning ESN inspection, pallet detection, top-side inspection, migration planning, and support visits.
Private commercial tools for quoting, customer follow-up, AI-assisted admin work, and project visibility without exposing customer code.
Turns recurring business steps into clearer screens, faster decisions, and better handoffs between sales, engineering, and delivery.
Machine vision, controls, and industrial software for automotive, pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer goods manufacturers including Cummins, GSK, Stryker, Unilever, Kobelco, Kyowa, and Pfizer. Design and commission inspection systems on live production lines, and get called in to diagnose systems built by others that are not performing.
Software products supporting automated inspection and manufacturing data, sold alongside automation delivery work: VisionMetrics quality analytics, an inspection-PC sync agent with a durable offline queue, and the G-Stack Manufacturing Hub middleware that normalizes vision, PLC, and database sources into MES-ready events.
React and Node.js applications for enterprise drones-as-a-service and applied AI platforms, supporting 200+ operators nationwide. Built the interfaces behind remote utility pole and power line inspection, and applied computer vision products including livestock tracking for agricultural customers.
Built the bank CRM suite from the ground up in C#, .NET Core, and Entity Framework Core over SQL Server; it remains in production today. Developed the internal help desk platform from scratch and owned data center failover systems keeping core banking services continuous across sites.
Administered roughly 200 systems across four casino properties, promoted within months of hire. Owned door access control, KeyTrak key management, disaster recovery for security operations, and hotel systems. Migrated Active Directory to Azure AD and wrote C# watchdog scripts across the server estate.
Networked a shop floor with no program storage, where every repeat part was being reprogrammed from scratch. Connected the machines, versioned proven programs as they were written, and documented setups so a returning part became a load-and-run job instead of a reprogramming job.
Programmed CNC production across Mori Seiki, Mazak, and Index platforms, and was among the first programmers in the Western Hemisphere to program the Index R300. Integrated Universal Robots for machine load and unload, and co-developed a fully automated two-machine cell where the machines hand parts to each other and a finished part exits untouched by an operator.
